Currently serving as Workforce Coordinator supporting key infrastructure projects by promoting job opportunities through targeted outreach and collaboration with project teams. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, managing recruitment efforts, and aligning workforce needs with project timelines. Works closely with project managers, local communities, and industry stakeholders to ensure access to a diverse, skilled workforce.

In support of ZANN, Inc., ensures performance objectives and participation plan metrics are met by developing tracking systems, managing compliance via LCPtracker, and engaging with small businesses and subcontractors. Leads communication strategies to keep small businesses informed of emerging opportunities and conducts research to identify firms aligned with specific scope requirements. Also participates in outreach planning and oversees logistics for event implementation.

For the National Western Center, initiated a workflow process to guide data collection for targeted populations and established a tracking system to monitor compliance with workforce goals. Introduced a confidential survey for new hires to serve as the primary tool for identifying key populations and enhancing workforce data accuracy.

Collaborates with WORKNOW to maintain alignment with the workforce plan and ensures subcontractors are equipped with the tools and resources necessary to meet or exceed apprenticeship and participation requirements.

Developed and maintained communication strategies for small business partners of the I-225 Rail Line Project; served as project coordinator for implementation of RTD’s Workforce Initiative Now (WIN); a program designed to train and employ local residents, particularly those in communities impacted by RTD's expansion projects like FasTracks, in construction and transit-related jobs. The program aimed to benefit these communities by providing well-paying, secure jobs and fostering a sense of ownership in the transit infrastructure being built. Compiled and delivered data for monthly reporting requirements, and identified and facilitated placement of small businesses into the WIN program to help achieve the 8% craft utilization goal.
